We met friends at McDonalds for lunch and after we’d been there for about an hour, a teenage girl walked up with her mother and asked for prayer. She’d been watching us for a long time, trying to get her nerve up to come over. Her mom was to go for surgery on her injured forearm so we prayed for healing. People all over were watching so we pray it opens the door for anytime we are there!

Mom’s Prayers Answered!
We’ve been moving so we’ve been offline for a while but we’re back now, all moved in and getting situated! At the food distribution Monday, a woman met Emil as soon as he went in the door and gave him a big hug and said, “You’re the answer to a mother’s prayer!” He said, “I’m sorry, I don’t follow!” and she said, “I’m the mother of the 19-year-old you talked to 3 weeks ago. I don’t know what you said–it’s between you and him and the Lord–but whatever it was, he is totally changed! He’s happy! He’s praying and reading his Bible and WANTS to go to church! I’m just thanking God for you and your ministry!”
Mom’s Fears Allayed
A mom brought her child for prayer. He had been having chest pains periodically; she had mentioned it to her mom who told her there was a genetic tendency to heart problems and she should get him to the doctor right away. That filled the mom with so much fear, she didn’t know what to do but she had faith that God could heal anything that was wrong. As soon as we laid her hands on him, the Lord took Emil to the scripture in Revelations regarding end times, ‘When you see these signs, do not be afraid. It is the beginning of growing pains.” As soon as we finished praying to break the fear and the generational curse, he began running around and playing with no pain and the mom was filled with peace. The Bible says, “Seek first the Kingdom of God,” and that’s exactly what the mom did! God is GOOD and He loves children!
Heaven is Celebrating!
Emil just led a family member to the Lord on the phone! So awesome! God is so GOOD! We just never know when someone is ready but HE does!
Snow Day–Finally!
Finally we are getting snow! We’ve had such a very little this winter while north, south, and east of us have been hit with it. We welcome this moisture and love watching it. A winter wonderland at last!
Incredible Ministry Session
Yesterday met with a woman who knew the Bible like the back of her hand and as the Lord revealed truth, she kept saying, “I know that verse! Why, after 30 years, do I finally understand what that means?!” We said, “Sometimes you have to first get rid of the lie before you can see the truth.” The Lord helped her realize she was born into some huge lies and she left free in the Lord, for the first time in her life! You are so good, God!
Get Your Validation from God
Emil spoke at our CMA (Christian Motorcyclists Assn) meeting tonight and shared what God’s been showing him is a word for the church for 2014. Get your validation from God. Delve into the Bible and find out what He says about you and how much He loves you. Start with Romans 8:29-39. (See January 31st post for details!)
Jesus’ Love Story on Valentine’s Day
We spoke last night (Valentine’s Day) at a dinner and had a wonderful time with the 40 people there. Lots of fun and laughter and great steak and shrimp! Focused on Jesus’ love story and showed to what great lengths He will go to intersect someone’s life with His love. The great life adventure can then begin if we love Him back and go, do and say whatever He tells us in order to keep His love flowing out to others!
Still Going Strong after three years
Spoke to a lady today that I ministered to three years ago. She was killing herself with a drug addiction. The Lord revealed her root issue and she was able to come out of agreement with the terrible lie she believed and was able to totally forgive herself and the addiction was defeated! After three years she is doing fantastic! She is addicted to Jesus more than ever, and totally in love with him! Jesus has restored her marriage and her relationships with her loved ones!!! Thank you Lord for allowing us to cross paths again with those whom we have crossed paths with in the past!!! Love you Lord!!!!
Raising peoples’ expectations!
Among others, we prayed for two men at the food distribution Monday with ear damage. We prayed for God to heal and restore their hearing but we could tell they had no expectancy that anything would change. We continue to pray for their healing so that they will know that God IS big enough to do ANYTHING! Nothing is impossible for Him. We prayed last week for a woman whose daughter had been murdered two years ago but although the killers are known, there has never been an arrest and she was hopeless. This week a TV reporter has spoken with her and put the story on the list of topics to air. We pray it happens and it results in justice for this woman and her family.
